About this organisation


Caring for injured, orphaned and sick wild animals and birds on the Surf Coast in Victoria


 

To protect, rescue and rehabilitate sick, injured and orphaned native wildlife and to release these animals and birds back into their own habitat on the Surf Coast in Victoria

To educate and raise awareness in the Surf Coast community of the protection, welfare and needs of native wildlife and their habitats on the Surf Coast in Victoria


To engage the Surf Coast community in the appreciation and understanding of providing for the protection, welfare and needs of native wildlife and their habitats on the Surf Coast in Victoria


To work in conjunction with DELWP, Parks Victoria, the Surf Coast Shire Council, GORCC, other wildlife and animal welfare organisations, local vet practices and interested community groups to enhance and improve the protection, welfare and care of sick, injured and orphaned native wildlife on the Surf Coast in Victoria 


To prepare for and work in conjunction with DWELP, Parks Victoria, the Surf Coast Shire Council, GORCC, other wildlife and animal welfare organisations, local vet practices and interested community groups in response to any major emergency or disaster that may occur on the Surf Coast in Victoria


To be an effective advocate for the protection, welfare and care of sick, injured and orphaned native wildlife on the Surf Coast in Victoria
